Our managing director, Hartmut Sagehorn, has learned the group business from Pieke and has continued to develop with his team. In doing so, two goals have always been pursued: on the one hand, to make group trips into very special experiences, which are to be remembered on a lasting basis and, on the other hand, to create travel packages which can also be adapted to the individual needs of each group.

We offer group tours for clubs, private groups and companies. The focus is on bus trips, city tours, round trips, adventure and theme tours, group cruises, organization of company and club trips, class trips or incentive trips. With our subsidiary Gruppenfluege.com, we are experts for every kind of group flights!

Strong partners

We are a long-term partner of the Federal Association of German Clubs and Associations (www.bdvv.de). There are around 600,000 clubs in Germany. Hartmut Sagehorn, the managing director of Vereinsreisen.com, has been a member of the Association of German Clubs and Associations e.V.

Group rates

Our tourism partners cover all offers of the group business. These include travel agencies, cruise operators, bus companies or airlines. Through our long-standing cooperation we can always offer low group rates. We can also rely on special quotas!

Services

We have been with our customers for 30 years. We accompany you in finding the right tour, planning, processing, ticketing, as well as all additional services. You can reach us to any questions about our service number!

Our customers receive all necessary travel documents by e-mail (including PDF voucher) before traveling. Further information about the destination in the form of city maps, hotel profiles, further excursions.

Safety

Our groups receive all travel services from a single source: preparation of suitable travel trips, booking of accommodation or cabins, booking of guides, tickets and all additional services, on request application of expert travel guides on the spot or medical accompaniment, travel insurance cover in the context of insolvency insurance, billing and quality control.
